Finding your friends again
If your save is missing or a button won't work, check these tips before deleting browser data.
Saved in this browser, without an account
Names, XP, hearts, collectibles, decorations, stories, photos, house residents and their floors are saved in this browser's local storage. Saving is automatic; check the status at the top of the game. This version has no accounts, server saves, cross-device sync or save-file export.
Even on the same phone, Samsung Internet, Chrome and in-app browsers may use separate storage. Return to the original browser and site address, then choose Continue. Private browsing may erase your save when you close the window.
Deleting cookies, site data or browser app data may erase your game. There is no server backup, so deleted progress cannot be restored by this game.
Frequently asked questions
Will updating reset my level?
Updating files at the same site address preserves saves in the same browser. Meet your first friend opens friend selection; it does not erase all progress. Choosing another friend keeps existing XP. A different address or browser cannot access the old save.
Can I use the two-story home from the start?
Yes. Two friends move in automatically from level 1, and the stairs are available immediately. Existing saves also gain access on their next visit without a level requirement. Existing residents and floors are preserved. Change housemates in More fun → Our two-story home. If it is missing, refresh without deleting site data.
Feed, ball or stairs buttons don't respond.
Wake sleeping friends first. Wait while a friend fetches a ball or walks on the stairs. Finish walks or secret room trips in their own screens before returning. If energy is low, put your friend to sleep and check again later.
The walk timer ended, but I can't start another walk.
Open Walk at the bottom, check arrival and claim the reward. An expired timer is different from a completed, rewarded trip. Claiming finishes the walk and enables the next one.
Will my friend disappear if I take a break?
Food, happiness, cleanliness and energy change while you're away, counting at most 8 hours per absence. Friends never disappear because you've been away. Come back and offer food and rest.
Some games don't resume after refreshing.
Growth and earned rewards are saved, but an ongoing run, ball game or matching round must restart after refreshing. Unfinished rounds may not award rewards. Walks and secret room expeditions use separate saved states.
The 3D room is slow or missing.
Tap HD below the room to switch to ECO and reduce resolution and shadow load. Devices without 3D support can use basic care in illustration mode. Forest run needs a browser with 3D support. Close other tabs and refresh in the same browser.
Can I buy hearts or exchange them for cash?
Hearts are earned through care, walks, games and visit gifts. There are no paid purchases or cash exchanges, and clicking ads does not earn hearts.
Why is Continue dimmed on the start screen?
Continue is disabled when this browser has no saved game. New players should choose Meet your first friend. If you had a save, check that you're using the original address and browser.
Useful details when checking a problem
Note the affected screen, selected pet and level, button name, device type and browser. Keep account details and personal contacts out of screenshots. If Storage is unavailable appears, automatic saving is not guaranteed: check browser storage permissions and free space without deleting data.
